She is involved in dealing with cases related to contracts, company, labour, taxation, and foreign investment. She conducts legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, prepares legal opinions, drafts corporate documents and conducts research on diverse commercial matters.
As a member of legal academia, Ms. Sharma has a proclivity for investment law, arbitration, employment law and immigration. Her native language is Nepalese, and she is fluent in written and spoken English.
