AssociateApekshya Koirala holds a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Vilnius University and is currently practicing as an advocate in Nepal. She has extensive experience in litigation, particularly in tax and commercial law, and is steadily expanding her practice into arbitration, reflecting her strong interest in alternative dispute resolution.
Her professional work spans a broad spectrum of legal services, including contracts, dispute resolution, company law, taxation, competition law and foreign investment. Apekshya regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, ensuring that clients’ commercial interests are protected while mitigating potential legal risks. She is actively involved in preparing legal documents and opinions, translating legal instruments, conducting legal due diligence, and managing complex transactions such as acquisitions, share transfers, and technology transfers.
