Rajeshwor is a partner and part of Sinha Verma Law Concern’s corporate and commercial team. He holds a Masters Degree in Commercial Law (LL.M.) and has been in practice since 2004 as an advocate. He is a commercial lawyer of Nepal and has completed number of assignments related with legal audit, due diligence, compliance audit, and legal & regulatory reform projects, including the works related with IFC/World Bank group. He has gathered invaluable experience & expertise, inter alia, in mergers, acquisitions & takeovers, aviation insurance, joint ventures, foreign investments, construction contracts, liquidation and drafting of commercial agreements.

As a legal consultant of International Cricket Council, he has completed elections of 39 districts, 7 provinces including central working committee and completed the assignment to uplift the suspension of Cricket Association of Nepal.

Rajeshwor also holds notary public license for translation of documents from Nepali to English and vice versa. He has attended various national and international trainings on intellectual property, legal research and concession agreement negotiation techniques.
