Santosh is a litigation lawyer with several years of experience in all branches of litigation- civil, criminal, commercial and constitutional matters. He is in practice since 2003 as an advocate. He is a law graduate from Tribhuvan University. He is an expert litigator with in-depth knowledge about the writ jurisdictions and constitutional matters. The clients that he has been representing include –corporate houses, banks, financial institutions, and airlines operators. His contribution as a public litigator against the formation of Royal Commission on Corruption for Investigation and Prosecution formed by then King has been one of the most profile case in the judicial history of Nepal.

His sense of legal activism on environmental issue and juvenile justice is noteworthy. On his petition the Supreme Court of Nepal has passed an order to the Government of Nepal to form a committee which would study and recommend for appropriate provisions for regulating the use of plastic bags. Formation of Juvenile Court is another result of his PIL. He has been affiliated to Supreme Bar Association as a member. He possesses good skill and knowledge about the presentation of the debt recovery cases.
