Advocate Kumar Silwal
Kumar Silwal has been associated with the firm since 2019. He completed his undergraduate studies in law (BBM.LL.B) from Kathmandu University School of Law (KUSL). As a member of legal academia, his area of interest is Banking Law, Company Law, Contract Law, Insurance Law, Investment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Taxation Law inter alia. He has been regularly assisting partners and associates in related matters such as Legal research, Legal Opinion, Legal Drafting, Legal Translation (Nepali to English and vice versa) etc. His native language is Nepali, and he is fluent in written and spoken English.
