Ms. Sharma has been associated with the firm since 2016. She has been regularly assisting both national and international clients in the arena of business law across broad range of industries. She is involved in dealing with cases related to contracts, company, labour, taxation, and foreign investment. She conducts legal due diligence, acquisitions, share transfers, technology transfers, prepares legal opinions, drafts corporate documents and conducts research on diverse commercial matters.
